Ali's Bake Sale Success!

This past Wednesday was the date set for Ali's Bake Sale at school.  He had been planning this since we came back from America on August 2nd.  I told him to organize and think it out and make a business plan! He did and presented it to his teacher and they talked to a higher up person and it was all approved and the only thing that changed was the prices he was asking for.  No biggie.

I am so proud of my 11 year old!

I really enjoyed the kids and everything was very positive!

You see, I get scared with so many kids.  I can handle a couple at a time as long as they are well behaved.  Anyone who knows me knows that I am a stickler regarding discipline and manners in my own kids.  All in all, it was great fun and I was pretty funny apparently cuz the kids said so!

Ali and I.  It was so very hot!

Here is a group shot of the kids that worked either by baking or selling.

The kids raised 40.350 OR (Omani Rials) or about $130 US dollars.

He wanted the monies to go to the:

WWF:   Save the Tigers!

Go Ali!
