It's late here, may I have a nice cup decaf? :)
Your quilt is wonderful, Alia! I've been wanting to do a spiderweb, too, yours is inspiring! Looks super on the orange sofa, too. Thanks for sharing it.
And your stippling is great, too, I love a nice, tight stipple, I just hate doing it! Makes me so tense.
wow..looks awesome..great work
Great work Alia, that stippling must have taken a very LONG time indeed but it looks fantastic.
Well done Alia..i love all the colours and the effect it gives simply beautiful!
Thank you ladies! This has to be my proudest moment and my very favorite of them all! I just wish I had had the patience to make it into a lap quilt! I chose the blue and white because it will proudly hang in my Studio so I wanted it to not be a great fabric on the back??!! I hope you understand! Today I will be showing it at the Muscat Quilt Guild along with 8 other things I have finished! Yippeeeeeee!!!!!
I love your finished spiderweb quilt. Congrats on stippling it yourself! Woo-hoo! I'm scared to quilt mine. I know it's going to be a crazy lot of work.
it looks really good!
Yeah! AmandaJean!! So glad you popped over; even if I asked you to!!! Heehee! I can't wait to see yours!! I am very comfortable with stippling but want to do more tighter stippling. Yesterday I saw some quilts that were stippled LARGE and I did not like it although it worked for those quilts, ya know? I am into the tighter one now as I LOVE the outcome! I really want to try the loops and flowers soon! Thanks everyone!!!
